Requirements
What Will You Be Doing?
Technical Leadership:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure Pythonbased applications and services.
• Define solution architecture and technical standards aligned with business requirements.
• Drive code quality through reviews, best practices, and development standards.
• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and maintainability of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Cloud Engineering:
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Build and maintain microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or
equivalent tools.
• Work with messaging and caching technologies where applicable.
Team Leadership & Delivery Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and career
development support.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to
ensure successful delivery.
• Drive sprint planning, estimation, and release activities in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Monitor project risks and proactively address technical challenges.
AI-Assisted Development
• Leverage approved AI tools and platforms to improve development productivity, code
quality, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Encourage responsible adoption of AI-assisted coding and automation practices
across the team.

• 8–10 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python.
• 2+ years of technical leadership and people management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in designing REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure
DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
Strong understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and software
architecture.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
discipline
Good to Have:
• Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or PySpark.
• Exposure to data engineering and ETL pipelines.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
• Knowledge of serverless technologies and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or
CloudWatch.
• Exposure to machine learning or AI frameworks.
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
