to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our
Salesforce environment, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our organization. This role
requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices,
excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team
What Will You Be Doing?
Salesforce Administration:
- Manage and maintain the client’s Salesforce environment.
- Perform routine administration tasks.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Perform data loads, data migration, and data cleanup using tools like Data Loader.
- Implement and manage data validation rules, workflows, and triggers to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Customization and Configuration:
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Develop and implement custom applications using Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components (if applicable).
Client Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues related to Salesforce.
- Provide timely and effective support to clients, resolving technical issues and offering solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for clients to enhance their understanding and use of Salesforce.
Problem Solving:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
- Analyze client requirements and propose innovative solutions to meet their business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Salesforce with other systems.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Salesforce environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall enhancement of Salesforce practices within the organization.
