As a Senior QA Engineer, you will not only drive the end-to-end testing process but also lead the QA team to uphold our quality benchmarks and align with client expectations. What Will You Be Doing?

QA Strategy & Leadership

Define QA processes, testing scope, and quality metrics aligned with client requirements and internal goals.

Guide and mentor QA team members to improve test execution, reporting, and communication.

Review test cases and execution plans to ensure adequate coverage and traceability.

Advanced API & Database Testing

Lead API testing efforts using POSTMAN, SWAGGER, and custom scripts for comprehensive validation.

Oversee database testing on Oracle DB and PostgreSQL for data integrity, constraints, and performance validation.

Test Execution & Defect Management

Drive manual test execution for UI/API layers with focus on edge case and exploratory testing.

Manage defect life cycle, root cause analysis, and cross-team resolution coordination.

Test Documentation & Reporting

Own the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and daily QA dashboards.

Communicate test results, risks, and blockers proactively to internal and client stakeholders.

QA Automation & Tech Enablement

Utilize Python to review or support test automation and validate APIs developed with FASTAPI.

Implement or support automation frameworks using Playwright MCP, including UI/API automation and scalable test execution.

Assist with CI/CD integration to establish continuous testing workflows.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

Experience – 8+ years of QA experience with at least 1 year in a lead or mentorship role.

Expertise - Strong hands-on skills in API testing (POSTMAN, SWAGGER), database testing (Oracle DB, PostgreSQL), manual testing, and Playwright MCP automation for modern test execution.

Leadership - Demonstrated ability to lead QA initiatives and drive team deliverables under tight timelines.

Technical Acumen - Familiarity with Python, FASTAPI, RESTful API testing, and automation using Playwright MCP.

Mindset - Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality excellence and team collaboration.
