What does being B Corp certified mean for Technoidentity?

For Technoidentity, B Corp certification translates into a deeper examination of our operational methods and our interactions with employees, clients, communities, and the environment. This standard urges us to focus not only on profits but also on the broader impact and change we wish to create in the world. This milestone is a significant step towards becoming a business that truly balances people, planet, and profit.

What did the process look like for the company?

The certification process spanned approximately six months. It challenged us to rethink our business practices and leadership approaches, leading to substantial changes across the company. This period of transformation laid a solid foundation for new ways of thinking, which have since spread across all regions of Technoidentity.

Could you share the biggest challenge you faced?

One of our major hurdles during this process was ensuring the right people were involved at crucial stages. We realized the necessity of a unified vision for alignment. Once this was established, collaborative efforts on specific initiatives to meet certification standards became more streamlined.

What was the greatest takeaway of the process?

The greatest insight from this experience is the collaborative nature of achieving B Corp status. It demands an all-encompassing approach, requiring commitment from every corner of the business. We are lucky to be part of a company where social responsibility is ingrained in our ethos, which made the certification journey comparatively smoother.

What does the future hold for Technoidentity as a B Corp certified company?

The future for Technoidentity as a Certified B Corp is exciting and full of opportunities. We are committed to maintaining and further strengthening our B Corp status by continually improving our social and environmental impact.
